Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)?

  • A standard meeting room or open office space works well for groups of up to 12. For larger groups we'll discuss what's needed. Participants can be seated in chairs if floor space isn't available sessions are fully adaptable.

  • Yoga mats are a must, we suggest the workplace to arrange these if possible. Throw blanket and pillow are optional. Rest is on us, we bring all instruments and equipment. Staff just need to arrive, get comfortable, and be open to the experience.

  • Sessions can be tailored to your schedule. A popular format is a 60-minute session including a brief intro and close. Half-day wellness event formats are also available with additional costs.

  • Absolutely. Sound therapy sessions integrate well alongside existing EAP offerings, mental health first aid programs, and broader wellbeing initiatives. We're happy to liaise with your HR team or wellness coordinator.

  • Yes. We service Quakers Hill, Blacktown, Penrith, the Hills District, Parramatta, and surrounding Greater Sydney regions. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond Western Sydney get in touch to confirm.
