Join us for our weekly local walks

Every Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 4:30pm to 6:00pm

Location: Parks in Quakers Hill and surrounds

These weekly walks act as a medium to slowly transition ourselves from work mode to rest mode. In these meetups, we chat, share experiences and learning, takeaway positive insights and set an intention for rest of the week. These are free flowing sessions with some days being slower than others. Some days we practice group meditations, gentle breathwork and soft stretches, while there are also times when we simply walk in silence depending on our energy levels.

Art and Wellness Workshop, June 2025

This Art and Wellness Workshop was a thoughtfully designed Self-love Workshop, including a blend of Mindfulness Meditation, Sound Healing, followed by Art Interpretations. The attendees experienced calm and peace, at the same time they were educated on some Self-cleansing and purification practices.
