Reconnect with your inner calm, release tension, and realign through sound, creativity, and stillness.

Art and Wellness Workshop, June 2025
This Art and Wellness Workshop was a thoughtfully designed Self-love Workshop, including a blend of Mindfulness Meditation, Sound Healing, followed by Art Interpretations. The attendees experienced calm and peace, at the same time they were educated on some Self-cleansing and purification practices.
