  • Not at all. Private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether this is your first time or you're a regular practitioner, the experience is tailored to you. All you need to do is arrive, lie down, and let the sound do the work.

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. We provide everything else a mat, blanket, and pillow. You're welcome to bring an eye mask if you prefer. Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before your session.

  • Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and more mentally clear. Some experience an emotional release, which is completely normal and part of the healing process. You may also notice improved sleep that night.

  • Even a single session can have a meaningful impact. For ongoing stress, anxiety, or deeper healing work, a series of sessions is often recommended. We can discuss what feels right for you after your first visit.

  • Sound therapy is gentle and non-invasive, suitable for most people. Please let us know beforehand if you have a pacemaker, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have a history of epilepsy, as we may need to adjust the session accordingly.
